    A vocal and instrumental meditation on bravery through space and breath. Each piece was recorded live in sound-specific spaces throughout the US: a church in Connecticut, a barn in Pennsylvania, a cabin in Ojai, California. The music draws inspiration from ancient hymns and classical orchestral pieces as well as modern instrumental music; with the exception of a binaural delta-brainwave on the final piece, there are no electronically created sounds throughout.

    It was produced by Grammy-nominated Tony Maserati protégé Jon Castelli (Macklemore, 6lack, Lady Gaga), and features string arranger and performer Rob Moose (Bon Iver, yMusic), drummer Jeremy Gustin (Albert Hammond Jr, Jesse Harris), woodwind player Stuart Bogie (Arcade Fire, Kronos Quartet, TV on the Radio), percussionist Mauro Refosco (David Byrne), and The Hazelrigg Brothers on upright bass and piano.
